How did Help After Disaster come to be?
After hurricane Helene September 24, 2024. My family and I wanted to help but didn’t know how. I love to cook and wanted to provide comfort during this time of need. We put together a mobile kitchen in less than 24 hours and coordinated through social media to set up and start serving. After weeks of serving and meeting so many phenomenal people I had a calling to continue helping during all disasters.
