Kirby Ted Babineaux

With love and honor, we remember. This Memorial Mile is dedicated to
Kirby Ted Babineaux.
“He was a very hard worker, a bit stubborn, perfectly imperfect and loved his family & friends. He loved pulling pranks on us when we were growing up. He was wild and carefree, he loved life and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. But behind all of the smiles and laughter was a person suffering from depression due to 2 losses that were devastating to him. He loved everything outdoors from camping trips, waterparks, theme parks, deer hunting, fishing, etc.”
Music was his therapy and it was necessary to blare it at the highest volume he could turn it to. Babies were his weakness, it didn’t matter who’s baby, he needed to hold it and he always had suggestions to help the new parents, if they asked or not. He loved cooking on Sundays and having everyone over for dinner. Anytime you walked in the door his first question was “did you eat?” He didn’t really expect a reply because no matter your answer he was going to try to make you eat anyways.
I miss every aggravating thing he ever did and would give anything to have just one more day with him to tell him that he was loved and his life mattered! I know he’s resting in peace with those that passed away before him and that alone has helped mend my broken heart. We are honored to walk in memory of Kirby Ted Babineaux.
